Users or visitors to this website must agree to (1) these Terms and Conditions which set forth the legally binding terms of use of the Ventureden website, and (2) Ventureden's Privacy Policy found at www.ventureden.com/privacy.php. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, we ask that you DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
In case of changes made to the Terms and Conditions, an attempt will be made to notify you; however it is your responsibility to regularly review the most up-to-date version found at www.ventureden.com/terms.php. Ventureden reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. By using and/or visiting this website following any changes or revisions, you signify your agreement and acceptance of its revised terms.
Accessing the Website
You may access the Ventureden website provided that: (1) you are over 18 years of age; (2) you agree with these Terms and Conditions; (3) your account has not been suspended or terminated; and (4) you agree not to use or launch any automated systems, including, "robots", "spiders", and "offline readers" or the like designed to interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Ventureden website and its services.

Ventureden is not responsible for, and does not and cannot censor or edit the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Ventureden is not liable for any damages, personal or property, resulting from the visiting or use of third-party websites. Copyright and Content Policy
All content, except all User Submissions, including without limitation, the text, scripts, graphics, logos, and photos on this website are trademarks of Ventureden. You may not use any Ventureden trademark without Ventureden's prior written consent.
User Submissions are made available to you for your information and personal use solely as intended through the normal functionality of the Ventureden service. Infringement on patents or trademarks of Ventureden users is strictly prohibited. Your access to the website will be suspended or terminated if you are determined to be in violation of intellectual property rights of Ventureden or any other party.
Registration/Profile Information
All Users, upon registration warrant to Ventureden that the profile information submitted in the registration is true, accurate, current and complete. Failure to provide true, accurate, current and complete information will result in a breach of this User Agreement and Ventureden may suspend or terminate the User's account without prior notice; and refuse any and all current or future use of the Ventureden website. It is the User's responsibility to notify Ventureden of any changes to the registration/profile information.
Account Security
When creating a login account you will be asked to choose a password. It is your responsibility to keep that password secure. You must notify Ventureden immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Ventureden will not be held liable for any or all use of your account.
Private Messaging
Ventureden does not guarantee that the information or material posted on the private message board is accurate or appropriate. ANY transaction between Users is considered to be a private transaction without the participation of Ventureden. You are solely responsible for the information you transmit to others and for the consequences of posting it. Ventureden will not be held liable for ANY damages resulting from ANY interaction between Users. Ventureden does not endorse any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein. Ventureden reserves the right, but is not obligated to monitor any interactions between Users. You are prohibited from "spamming" other Users with unsolicited advertising, or otherwise harassing or violating their privacy in any way.
User Submissions
Ventureden enables you to showcase your business idea or invention provided that: (1) you agree to pay a posting fee which is non-refundable if you are determined to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions; (2) you understand that Ventureden reserves the right to accept, reject or remove any posting including private messages, at its sole discretion; (3) you do not submit material that is copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise subjected to third party proprietary rights; (4) you do not promote information that you know is false or misleading; (5) you understand that Ventureden is under no obligation to verify the validity of posted content or guarantee its truthfulness; (6) you agree not to endorse content that is illegal, fraudulent, pornographic, racially or ethnically offensive, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (7) you understand that Ventureden does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein; (8) you understand that Ventureden does not guarantee confidentiality with respect to User Submissions and is not responsible for any damages to any party as a result of using the Ventureden services.
Payment Policy
(1) Membership plans may be paid as a one-time payment or an automatically recurring payment subscription. All payment of fees must be processed through PayPal (the “Payment Method Provider”). PayPal may charge your debit or credit card or debit your bank account if you have a PayPal account that allows for such debits from your bank account; (2) VentureDen does not have access directly to your payment information, including, but not limited to, any credit card number or bank account numbers that you provide to PayPal. For more information about PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com; (3) VentureDen will only refund the full value of a yearly membership within 7 days of subscribing. After the 7 days, VentureDen will not refund any payments for any partial unused time. Only first-time yearly accounts are eligible for a refund. There is no refund policy if you subscribe on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel any future recurring payments by cancelling the account. Cancellation requests must be done in writing via email to cancel@ventureden.com. Prior to deleting an account, a recurring membership must be cancelled with PayPal (the “Payment Method Provider”); (4) VentureDen reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account at its sole discretion. Members found in violation of these Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund; (5) Fraudulent or premature chargebacks for order cancellation or refund are liable for chargeback fees and any applicable collection fees and fines as permissible by law; (6) Complaints filed with PayPal against VentureDen, if determined to be fictitious, will result in automatic suspension or termination of account. Failure to resolve the complaint with PayPay will result in further administrative fees and applicable collection fees and fines as permissible by law; (7) VentureDen reserves the right to change membership fees and update and revise this Payment Policy at any time with or without prior notice. We recommend that you review the VentureDen website regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
Warranty Disclaimer
You agree that the use of the Ventureden website shall be at your sole risk. Ventureden assumes no responsibility for ANY: (1) inaccurate or incomplete content (written, picture or video) therein; (2) damage, personal or property, resulting from your use of any content on or via the Ventureden website; (3) bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Ventureden website by any third party; (4) content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites; (5) opinions or actions, online or offline, of other users or any third parties; (6) specific results from the use of the Ventureden services.
Limitation on Liability
In no event shall Ventureden be liable to you or any third party for ANY damages caused for ANY reason. You specifically acknowledge that Ventureden shall not be liable for User Submissions or for any false, offensive or illegal material posted by any third party. This agreement operates to the fullest extend permissible by law.
